The ‘aixus.app website’ in this document uses the term ‘Aixus’ to refer to the entire document. This privacy policy is established to protect the personal data of all users who contact Aixus as follows:

Definition

Aixus shall collect the following personal data:

1. Personal identifiable data includes name, surname, address, phone number, email, profile picture, or any other image that can identify a person
2. Purchase and payment data
3. Interaction data on the website
4. Communication between Aixus, users, and social media

Sources of Personal Data

1. Aixus receives personal data directly from you. We shall collect your personal data from the process of providing services as follows:
   1. The registration process for using services with Aixus or the process of submitting requests for various rights with Aixus
   2. The process of participating in activities by using various functions available within the website system
   3. From your voluntary participation in surveys or interactions via email or other communication channels between Aixus and you

   2. Registration process via Google Authentication system

4. For improving and developing the website and services based on your feedback and usage behavior.

Exceptions to the Collection of Personal Data

Aixus may collect personal data without the need for consent from the data subject in the following cases:

1. The collection of personal data in accordance with legal provisions: In cases where Aixus must comply with the law, we may collect, use, or disclose your personal data to achieve the objectives required by law, including:
   • Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other relevant.
   • Laws Compliance with regulations or orders from authorized persons, such as compliance with court orders, orders from government agencies with regulatory authority, or compliance with orders from authorized officials.
2. Collecting personal data in the course of performing duties under a legal contract: Aixus will collect, gather, use, or disclose your personal data in relation to the duties under the legal contract or agreement that you have with Aixus, including:
   • Providing media services through radio, television, websites, applications, social media, and any other communication channels that may arise in the future.
   • Collecting personal data related to the procurement process.
   • Entering into legal contracts related to business operations, investments, joint ventures, including the use of personal data for debt collection or payment enforcement to Aixus.
   • Collecting, gathering, using, or disclosing employees’ personal data within Aixus for the benefit of staff or workers, such as conducting activities related to life and/or accident insurance, reimbursement of medical expenses, payment of salaries or wages, and tax payments.
3. Collecting personal data for Aixus’s lawful purposes: For lawful purposes, Aixus may collect, gather, use, or disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
   • Collecting personal data for the improvement and development of the system’s operations, such as conducting satisfaction surveys, gathering feedback, or handling complaints.
   • Collecting, gathering, using, or disclosing the personal data of directors, authorized persons, or representatives, as applicable, for the purpose of processing procurement operations.
4. Collecting personal data to prevent or mitigate harm to the life, body, or health of individuals.
5. Collecting personal data for public interests or the collection of personal data in accordance with the authority granted by the state to the company.

Storage and retention period of personal data

Aixus will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes notified to you, or for the period required by law, or for the legal retention period, or for other reasons as per Aixus’s policies and regulations.

1. Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data that you have previously provided to us, for as long as your personal data is held by us.
2. You have the right to access your personal data and request that we provide a copy of the personal data to you, including requesting we disclose how we obtained personal data that you did not provide consent for.
3. Right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate data or complete any incomplete data.
4. Right to erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your data for certain reasons.
